The Structure of Charcoal Crusher

Working Principle of Charcoal Crusher

Feeding the Charcoal or Coal Manually or via Conveyor.

Primary Crushing Stage: The primary crusher applies pressure and shear forces to the charcoal or coal, breaking them into smaller chunks. This stage reduces the size of the material and prepares it for the secondary crushing stage.

Secondary Crushing Stage: The partially crushed charcoal pieces from the primary stage are fed into the secondary crushing chamber. The secondary crushing mechanism pulverizes the charcoal chunks by the hammerhead of the rotor which rotates rapidly into fine powder.

Discharge System with Conveyor Belt: The fine charcoal powder exits the secondary crushing chamber through an outlet.The outlet is connected to a conveyor belt that transports the crushed charcoal or coal powder to a collection point. The conveyor belt ensures a smooth and continuous transfer of the fine powder, reducing manual handling and increasing efficiency.
